For what it's worth.

I sent a very blunt email to Neil, and got a sentence back. I have to file a form 10. Believe me or not, I don't care.

The last time I was involved with a otc ticker that filed a form 10, it took over 6 months and they were never halted either before or after.
With that knowledge and knowing that SPCL/Pixelmags will have to go through all the steps that it tried to avoid by reverse merger into an existing shell.
Although I like big risk big reward. I'm hoping to get some cash back from this investment and move onto greener pastures. I'll keep and eye out for anything that looks promising with SPCL and if they get back to the pinks, I'll be back, but if not I can use that money for a starter roll at the WSOP.

I'll see everyone bright and early on June 1st. I'm sure its gonna be a salvage auction and pennies on the dollar will be gladly excepted. I'm taking this no different than I would a miss in Roulette. I placed a bet, and the ball didn't fall were I wanted it. The main difference being in roulette you miss, you lose everything on the layout, here I have shares that some may want. Life to me is a gamble, and if your timing is right you get the prize, of in this case I felt the timing was perfect actually up until the halt. I was very excited by the progress and release of the app etc. I will keep an eye on this for the remainder of my trading days and I haven't given up hope, I've just got to walk away from the table with what I can and tomorrow is another day. Kind of hard to argue with the link, and although my hope is it trades again someday soon, my experience says it's gonna take longer than I'd like. Rebuying .0001s will be my next move.
