Just look at the chart and review the pending news and take a guess what is about to happen. All these buyers of late are wrong.. or someone knows something more then is publicly available right now?
Investors have ears to the ground everywhere for things like medical device approval or other licenses that are awarded. This looks like one of those times to me, no news, huge volume, huge PPS increase.. lack of heavy selling despite the financial situation as it stands on the latest filing.
All these are clues as to what is in store here.
