OH but LG

Would putting the original shareholders marker holders back to thier original positions actually be CONSIDERED as ownership CHANGE?? Or would it just be a balancing if you will.

Lets do it this way you know me and the limbs I like to go out on here so HERE GOES

This merger from what I understand will end up making the TOS shares go to 1.2 bill shares CORRECT?

OK so NOW WHAT IF IF IF
THe original 1.2 bill that elected and now hold markers were to get ALL 1.2 bill shares returned to ein a S4V swap??????????

You take the 1.2 bill AND ADD IN the 200 mill that were were issued originally and guess what, common would then hold a TOTAL of 1.4 billion shares and THUS RETAIN THEIR MAJORITY OWNERSHIP, thus NO CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH P.S. and preffereds whi is NOT CONSIDERED ownership would be all their preffereds back as well...................

Also I honestly believe IF IF IF there is to be an exchange, it will happen AFTER the merger is complete.

Since after the fact it is no different than WMIH buying company XYZ and it's assets

Hold on the ride has JUST BEGUN
