Odd 2,500 trades. I tend not to be paranoid, but this is weird. I bought some shares yesterday. The existing bid was 0.065 and the ask was 0.068. I put in an order for 0.068. It sat there for a bit then 2,500 went through at 0.0665 followed seconds later by the remaining order at 0.068. I didn't see why someone would sell me the first 2,500 at a discount. It was a decision on their part because I saw my ask of 0.068 before the 2,500 transaction occurred. I then watched the trades through the day and this repeated itself several times. Almost every single sell yesterday was at the ask except for the occasional 2,500 lots at about 0.015 to 0.01 cent less. In nearly all cases this under cut trade is seconds before the main order goes through. In theory this could put a damper on the uptick of the stock if there was some but not a lot of interest. Kind of like throwing cold water into a pot that is just starting to get warm (no pun intended).
I figured it was an anomaly, but I just saw another trade like that go through this morning.

I'm not a shorter, and have heard conflicting information about whether you can short OTC stocks but if you look at the metrics for WARM at shortvolume.com yesterday had a large percentage of short sells. Does anyone know what the data on that website represents? If you can short a stock it would seem crazy to short this one right now, but those 2,500 trades giving away shares at a lower price when a higher is offered not typical.
