We are green two days in a row.

Market watch lists outstanding shares at 2.76B - less than the 2.81B that we have had for the last 3 years.

When claiming that someone lies, it is best to check your sources. I find that the actual financials are the best source of outstanding shares. The day's stock price can be found... well anywhere.
