Yes, it is major because then all of Bellissima’s buyout (if and when it were to happen would go to ICNB, not just 51%). Now, Rich is still key, because once the cash for Bellissima goes to ICNB, Rich will be faced with 2 basic choices...remain cash rich and hold the money or do a distribution of all the cash to fully diluted OS. In either case, the PPS should reflect the full buyout dollars / 3.2B (or more) and so will trade near (or possibly higher because not everyone will do enough DD to notice the Pref Ds.

The other case or Rich would convert his Pref Ds and provide a divvy or distribution of the money to all shareholders. He’ll get 51% of the money plus his 60M of common shares. The other half would go to retail. Half is better than the 25% it would have been without the transfer of ownership we’re discussing.

Now, to be clear, he could also choose anywhere in between those two extremes.

Bottom line...ownership transfer will be great for shareholders.
