I certainly agree w/ you on this, Targun, and I find myself occasionally reminding the folks I've brought aboard that we are here for the potential payoff from the lawsuit way more than for price appreciation, which has been indeed terrific.

However, altho' the reason I am here is absolutely in anticipation of a positive outcome to the litigation, as are all the longs on this board I imagine, I find my gut-level wanting of a steady upward price movement impossible to disregard. Plus, who knows what'll happen here in the end, and if it does in fact go south at some point, it will have been awfully nice to have taken some profit along the way -- after it hits ten or twenty cents or so lol.

Anyway, I'm just sayin'...
