Sorry Schneid, I mis-interpreted one of your earlier post. I wear my emotions on my sleeve so often I gripe, sometimes I cheer, often just ponder, and even more often toss some out to see what sticks.

Part of my disgust of late is my view that Ferris has the easiest job in the world right now if he would approach it correctly. He should hire a top notch sales guy (I gave him the name) to lead the sales organization. He should hire a top notch operations/engineering guy to cut the costs of the systems in half. He should remove Burland and Henry from the BOD and replace with 2 qualified shareholders (like maybe a lawyer or an engineer or former law enforcement professional or small business owner/investor or savvy real estate guy). He should find his own replacement and then focus on the fun stuff - future products, 5 yr roadmap, acquisitions, smoozing with big customers, swooping in last minute to close deals, chatting up investors, etc. HE COULD BE A FREAKING HERO if he surrounded himself with awesome people and let them run.

I would also suggest that Ferris go back and listen to the replay from last October's annual meeting. Maybe that would mean something to him.
