Greater portion of that is for Tau, correct. I don't know the scheduling for when that money is due, but I think your timeline is a tad optimistic. Drilling on Tau is supposed to commence immediately after drilling on Canoe and I would have to assume they'd still be interpreting results for quite a while after that.

Also, uplisting is no guarantee that they will be able to effectively raise cash. I'm not worried about the company being able to raise the money, but I'm expecting a sizable equity issuance and significant dilution
