SPCL I guess the difference is how the word "potential" is used.

In our case we have actual EVIDENCE that shows we should use the word "potential" in a different way...

The "potential" in your other case (IMO) was that you were invested in a true revenue producing company.

IMO the "potential" here isn't that, it's whether all that 3rd party info out there is FAKE.

The "evidence" shows we are solid, that's not the "potential" - and the difference for me.
