Yep, it seems to be right in front of us, staring us right in the face. Bayer, the company that has Dr. Scholl's. The licensing agreement we are all anticipating with an announcement soon is Bayer/Dr. Scholl's and our Smart Insole. Bayer sells aspirin for pain. Actipatch relieves pain and inflammation (and MUCH more in the future). Aspirin, as noted, has many side affects. Actipatch has ZERO. Bad press is running rampant on pain killers. Bioelectronic has an alternative to those pain killers. Bayer needs something as an alternative to counter the 'heat' from all this bad press and improve their image. Actipatch can be that coolant to that heat.

The ground breaker of Smart Insole and Dr. Scholl's will make it much smoother for more communication between these two companies for possible future deals of partnering for more products. Let's speculate when licensing of the Smart insole occurs, and put Bayer at the top of the list for buyout or merger. That is what I am thinking.
