You seriously think they would take this to an AS of 2.7 million shares ? that's what a 1 for 2000 gets you.

There would be no liquidity in the stock meaning it would not really be tradeable the volatility would be unmanageable.

That scares away investors just as much as sub penny. Even taking it to an AS of 50 million with an OS of 25 million is extreme especially for a low price stock.

The reverse is not done in this case to bring up the share price as much as to get the amount of stock to a manageable size.

The discrepancy between the trading price and DCouto's investment price is a problem he needs to get that equalized.


The price increase will have to come from accomplishment of milestones and revenue bearing contracts.
