SEC doesn't care they file late as long as they acknowledged it. There finance guy is in his 80s. He is treating the late deadline as the real deadline and he is hitting that date consistently. The fact they are zero revenue and under ten cents is why it doesn't matter. No one takes them seriously yet and filing in time won't change that. So why harass your cheap labor. They will get a new finance guy when things take off, until then be grateful their guys salary is not higher.
