I couldn’t think of a way the SEC could enforce something like this and not have a 1st amendment issue. When he said “forever,” I knew he was full of it. Most penny CEO’s would love to keep subpoenas secret forever :) MGT has told a lot of lies and the SEC doesn’t seem to care, and McAfee has bigger problems than the SEC, he seems to think someone’s going to kill him soon.
