You're right though, when i dug in more a lot of the debt is to related parties. the company for some dumb reason agreed to pay 1% interest rate PER MONTH. insane. business lines are out there for more like 4.5 -5.5% annual rates now that the prime got bumped up recently by the fed.
bottom line.... ALRT can't even pay back non-related parties, doesn't even have the cash to make an interest payment, has lost $75 million since inception with very little to show for it, zero revenue for years. at some point the "related party" creditors will stop the bleeding, they are losing their blanks on this.
