that $5.3 mil is not operating expense like ppl want to spin it to be, that expense is employees willing to get paid in shares, since pps have increased substantially, those shares are worth more...nothing that is coming out of anyone's pocket anytime, watch the Shac for truth and transparency...don't listen to anything here!
