As far as I know, he’s not currently in jail, so I guess that’s good news too. As to where he is, perhaps he’s entered The United States Federal Witness Protection Program. He’s been a witness to the downfall of his company, and with that said, maybe he’s seeking a life with a new identity, so as not to have to deal with the disdain of disgruntled investors. My advice to Marco is to Better Call Saul.
