Totally agree! Roger is currently under no obligation to conform to SEC filing regulations. HE is very close to the audit; and if HE feels it is so close that HE wishes to delay Q3, more power to him I don’t care. I can wait for this to set up.

I also believe the formal announcement of the extension......officially uploading it to OTC markets and making the explanation for the extension available to the OTC adds credence and credibility to the audit itself and to Roger and the company. It adds a sense of professionalism and class......and authenticity. He didn’t need to do this, but he did bc he’s a f*cking champ. He’s already conducting himself like NASDAQ quality and it’s on display for the entire OTC to see and frankly has been for a while.
