Today was a really AWESOME day with respect to how VTSI traded. THERE IS BUYING SUPPORT! BUYERS ARE LOOKING FORWARD! I think Hayden and Ferris deserve some credit for today's reaction. For VTSI to be at 5.30 after $2.x and $3.x consecutive quarters is amazing. It tells me that this will trade up into Q2 announcement and will jump ALOT when Q2 is announced.


Against my better judgment I will reply to your post Bill.
1. Who would buy VirTra? Literally anyone could swoop in at any time and either pay all cash or do a leveraged buyout using VirTra's own money. $8 per share would get you the company right now. So, is it worth that? Of course it is if done as a leveraged buyout. Buyer puts in $10mil and borrows the rest. Buyer earns a bottom line return of 50% his first year. Not bad.

2. Ferris could be a great CTO/COB. He would not have to work for anyone else. The company needs a balls out sales guy at the helm right now.

3. Don't tell us to get out when we are the ones who believe in the product and the future growth and see the potential. You are the one who says SIMS are a joke and there is no future.

4. Not nice to pick on my stock picking when you haven't a clue what stocks I own or how I trade. This has been a fabulous year so far but not because of VTSI. My biggest winners of late were DRAD (sold yesterday) and RFP (my biggest position by far). Most of my trading activity is with selling RFP and CLW out of the money covered calls. Over 500 contracts.
