Why do you think NHII is buying NHE? There are so many ways to structure a deal and buying NHE is remote unless assets are used by NHII to do so and NHII has no monies at this time. How about a buy in not buying NHE out? Myself I would rather see NHE get bought out and NHII take over. Either way I'll benefit.
