You might know this! Do you know the history of the property PNTV is buying? The owners of the property could not pay the taxes on the property, owners are retiring and just wanted to go on vacation, owners did not have the expertise to maintain the property, etc? I just wonder who would give up a profitable business for 5mil dollars?
