You are correct that big plans like "Silver Scripts" have raised the tiers recently...For reasons that make no sense, but are probably coming from their know nothing clinical advisers...They also claim Lovaza is a valid substitute for Vascepa..

Hopefully that will change in three or four months when these clinicians get educated...
