Valid points had by all. Let's look.

The Cali property looks like a great deal. Looking @ the pix though, I can see where there will be substantial investment subsequent to COE. They are already stating lighting. I would also think that they would like to get them plants off the floor as well...to start with.

When one company takes over another it is obvious that they have their own changes in mind. My guess is that lighting will be just the start. Heat? A/C? Watering?

Forward thinking. $900K a month revenue coming in will help considerably.

All in all. Phenomenal prospects for the company. Keep in mind. This year we have had some incredible announcements and the SP is what? half of the start of the year?

The team is making all the right moves. The problem REVENUE.

We need to close and have 2 quarters of revenue before the really big increase in SP starts and continues from there. Until then, BUY WHAT YOU CAN.

As I stated the other day, after release of 3Q results, showing substantial increases in revenue, should the latest come to fruition, the SP will start to escalate considerably from there. Remember. It's not over till it's over. I for one would like to see some dry ink.

By then, I expect it to already be a 10 banger from today's SP. Those stating dollar land by year end, I say " FROM YOUR MOUTH TO HIS EARS".
