I bet a lot less than 2000 people own the majority of BIEL shares. Probably closer to 300 or so. A lot of people on here own 20, 30, 50, or 100 mil or more shares.
They know what they have and are holding tight or are trading around a core position.

Hint..Even some of ones voicing negative opinions own a lot of shares (and are trying to get more).
