Well you are talking about Telecoms, the wireless service carriers. Utopya is a trying to be smart phone supplier, no threat to the Telecom business in India or elsewhere.
Now while ANDI has a viable business starting, having a manufacturer produce one of their phones to Utopya specs and then load Utopya software into that phone does not really threaten anyone in the Wireless phone Industry that are Major players.
