I wouldnt get caught up in dates. The lawyer for the 13 is apparentely local to the Delaware court, and has dealt with Judge Andrews before. Like most niche areas of the law like IP, its a small world. If they have experienced cases together before, there is a likelyhood she is getting the benefit of the doubt on the stay, and has made personal requests for further evaluations of facts. Unless she has something compelling that wasnt in the filings, nice try but will be all for naught. No reason to delay the process in other areas- they would just continue with expert discovery that has nothing to do with the particulars of the stay discussions.
