You are right BoomSoon, this is not good!

Coretec is in default of the SRA agreement per the recent 10k. Coretec was expected to fund the NDSU team of scientists through this sponsored research agreement. There were also no matching funds paid out for the grant they received to help commercialize CHS. Coretec was expected to match each $ of funding they received through the grant. No funding was received either.

If they are not able to resolve this, Coretec is pretty much toast!
