Good for the long term but not so sure about short term. They need to buy back some shares soon because our dilution after this is getting out of control. I'm in for the long haul but this is worrisome.
I cant refinance my home for home equity of 500% of what the value is in today's time. Didnt we get in trouble for that a few years ago when the bubble busted.
