New here and obviously concerned about the o/s and continued selling of shares. I was unable to find any plans regarding future or past R/S. Can anyone tell me if the company has any intentions to in near future? I cant imagine this going anywhere with doing so and would hate to get burned in the process of an r/s if they continue to issue shares. Any funding secured or in the works?
