It looks like the market is viewing this "financing" announcement like it has every single one of mmex other "milestones", as a joke. The PPS still struggles at barely a third of a penny with less than 14 trading days ahead. Kinda makes you wonder even if at a stretch, financing is made that the market just might not give a crap.
