If this were the NASDAQ or NY Exchange I would say good advice

But on the OTC Market the MMs control the action and they don't need to borrow shares to Short. They Naked Short every day under the pretense of 'Making a Market'.

They do have limitations however. If a stock breaks out due to substantial news, with substantial volume it will break free of their control. They may try a 'Drop to Cover' move, as they did when BIEL hit .005, but it only works if there are doubts about the company's future.

When the Bayer/Dr. Scholl's Deal gets its PR, BIEL gets Full Body FDA Clearance, NHS shows significant revenue, ActiPatch US Major Retail Chain gets a PR, which ever comes first, there will be no further doubts.

This is why it is one of BIEL's number one goals to upgrade to a better exchange ASAP.
