At this point the ANDI/UTOP wager comes down to one thing.....can they sell millions of phones over the next 12-36 months.

If they can, which I believe, the share price will eventually hit .25+ if not $$$ within that timeline regardless of whether there are 3-4B shares in the O/S.

If ANDI/UTOP can't sell the phones you can add it to the long line of OTCBB companies that have been destroyed by poor management.

I am betting on millions of phones sold and .25+ ;)
