The way I look at is with Keith on board and what has developed this year makes me optimistic about the current management. The aggressiveness is showing and the momentum IMO is now what the company can be judged upon. That only leaves a six month history in a sense when evaluating the company with the additional mgmt however its very different than a year or more ago. Continual small wins leads to major wins and thats what I'm seeing.

As decisions are made from this point on is how I will evaluate my position and my opinion of management.

Its looking very proffesional, prompt PR's, continually upbeat feeling based off of supported achievements being reached.

Many can complain about what we feel were bad decisions or business practices in the past but now its new Time and an opportunity for the Biel management to do what they always envisioned.
