Anything is possible here. We don't have any clue as to what upper management want to do with this company.
If I had to guess on just what D'Couto wants, I would say go private and then spend the next 5 years banging XNRGI's head against a wall attempting to scale up to Cars, SEMIs and Buses while completely ignoring phones, tablets, laptops, drones and other market segments where a scale up would not be such a big deal and would generate massive revenue.
In a few weeks they will present in San Diego at the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference maybe get some traction there. There may be too many skeptics, after all they presented at the International Battery Seminar and while it was going on attendees were tweeting on the need for re-chargable lithium metal batteries to make Uber-Air viable.
