It is standard practice to place such verbiage in the first sentence of any PR. Name of company, Affiliations (if any) and stock ticker.
Why a supposed public company would omit it's ticker symbol from a PR is beyond baffling.
I wish someone could dig up some verifiable information that clearly and unambiguously states that PixelMags is a publicly traded company trading under the symbol SPCL and not simply referred to as a "Wholly owned subsidiary." That's ambiguous. By design, I believe.
