I respect your opinion Frank...but I doubt it was that simple.

Decisions @ GTE were not made in a vacuum.

The unholy alliance of Infinity Partners, Westor Capital Group and all the other meaningful stakeholders were consulted. This was a calculated effort to salvage the store.
