We might be able to call it a skin cream, and we might be able to label it CanaPsor, hinting of it's intended use, but we won't be able to make claims. Most of the items in the MMJ stores are unlabeled, and most are designed to be smoked or taken internally be they flower, oil, extracts, gum, candies, etc. There are liquids, creams, and roll on's for topical use that suggest they're good for aches and pains. I have yet to see a product marketed for any sort of skin disorder and absolutely nothing has gone thru any sort of clinical trial. Our tablets could be used for almost any type of pain, PTSD, fibromyalgia or even recreationally without labeling. The way the market is set up presently they would be blockbuster sellers IMO. I have not seen any sublingual disintegrating tablets in any of the stores I've frequented.
