Moxa,

I certainly agree that we cannot claim any clinical approval, but from what I saw in the cannabis store, I think we can suggest uses for the cream. I've looked at ads for Hemp Oil that suggest what they benefit, and they are sold everywhere. Some specify no CBD, others seem to infer it's in there without specifying percentages. No THC is apparently found in any of the products.

I really hope the company clarifies when they intend to market product. I have no problem with waiting for demonstration of efficacy, which should be clear in Phase 2 for the cream, but may be shown in Phase 1 for other products if initial trial is don't with patients with the disease they're targeting. I would hope that's the case in the fibromyalgia trial which should be underway if the timeline in the presentation is correct.

The security in stores is rather interesting. You register in an anti-room before being permitted into the store where product is sold. When you purchase, your purchase goes into a ziplock type bag, but it truly has a childproof lock and you're charged for the bag if you don't return it if you're purchasing more product. I gather it's a California State requirement. All and all the place seemed very professional and merchandise was well presented. I don't know that all stores are as nice as the one we visited, but they certainly remove the stigma of product sold by gang members on the right street corner.
