If both LP and Les had their endpoints in mind , why did they embark on the spring refresh this year , esp when they themselves admit that doing it again this year will be cost prohibitive . Wouldn’t have it made sense to do the refresh somewhere between 7 days from now and November , so that by their own judgement that would have been more probably the final data collection .
Again more answers they give , more questions it generates as what they say and what they do , just don’t make sense sometimes
