It might be that ARWR has a real partner committed to helping them commercialize parts of their pipeline. This also indicates competent leadership. BPTH hasn’t been able to license or partner with anyone and is being led by morons. The current valuation of BPTH is accurate and represents their inability to form partnerships, their inability to meet deadlines and make progress, and their horrible leadership. Until one of those things changes in a MAJOR way, BPTH’s current value is accurate.
