Not sure what this even means. "Start Trading ?" D'Couto changed the name of the company with his state filing changes.

This company is what it always was with a different name, same ticker and still public with the same stock that can be bought and sold.

If you mean trading on an actual exchange ( uplisting ) then much will be needed and a symbol change would be a large part of that, more to get away from the NEAH Power stigma than anything else.

That is if being a public company is even in the future cards for this company.
