82,806,045 shares have traded since we broke $1 on March 21st. About, a few million shares from that date to today have traded below $1. That is more than the entire float by some 20M shares. It appears, the MMs continuously have been selling counterfeit shares from preventing the PPS from rising to cause retail to panic sell. Like you stated, any shares that drop below $1 are being absorbed quickly. I personally don't see much downside from these levels unless the MMs are waiting for those private placements to become unrestrictive & counting on them selling to cover their positions. Like I stated, I believe Oceanside & Kodiak have already sold some of their shares. If Oceanside's warrants are restricted I believe they sold their 4M shares they previously owned which weren't restrictive. They will still own 6M shares even if they sell those 4M. They have been holding since 2014 when they first funded the company. Why wouldn't they take some profits after all this time & when the PPS is at all time highs. I personally hope Kodiak & Oceanside sold all their shares so we don't have to worry about them down the road. Since, Rory reads this board, maybe he can contact the Transfer Agent to update the share structure on OTC Markets so we don't have to speculate on the current float.
