In due time the patent act will be struck down as unconstitutional. It is
good to see finally companies are beginning to defend their patents based
on the constitution and not a patent act that invalidates patents. I have
said all along how can a office grant you something then use all their
resources to take it away and say oops my bad see you later by the way
if you want another patent come see us. The owner of the worthless piece
of paper can be out millions defending what they was supposed to have
the full protection of the constitution and it be revoked and not a damn
penny for the issuing office incompetence.

I know the only person in this country who is hated more than me is our
President. The treatment I been afforded is a disgrace and you can
put it in your pipe and smoke it but the truth is the truth.
