I had a few asking me how I came to the conclusion in this post.

One of the common problems on OTC stocks is false news. Pump and Dump schemes.....so when an article is put out like the one posted...the first response of traders is "Oh, Boston Carriers is lying regarding the acquisition. Just another scam". Which I expect most probably thought.

If you add the context of the situation into the article it will make a lot more sense. And you will see how the article is misleading in its presentation.

MS Distribution made a deal with the shareholders of Abibes when they bought the company. It is mentioned as a separate agreement in regards to the bankruptcy filings.

Re-Read the article and watch how they present it. Boston Carriers Claims..... but Federic says........

They change the topic....from acquisition of physical assets to shares.

Federic sent in a written statement to the paper to let shareholders know his intent.The paper did him a disservice in how they used it.
