You are absolutely right. I am spending my Sunday afternoon
preparing for a debate at our City Council meeting on a very contentious, emotional issue. The reality is that there is no "right" or "wrong" answer to this issue. Just a difference of opinion. It seems to me that the compensation issue is like that.

I don't know that it is too much, just right, or not enough. I have an opinion and that is all it is an opinion.

Given all the frustration this community has gone through together, I would think people would be more tolerant of differing opinions. It is hard to prove an opinion and it is hard to change an opinion. Reasonable people can disagree. People can be long and strong on WAVX and still think compensation is too high.

Can we all stop criticizing people for their opinions. Diversity is healthy and embraces differing opinions, but criticism and personalizing issues frequently smother the benefits of diverity.
