No. Whoever is buying the shorted shares are entitled to the divey. All will be well with the shorter if they win the court case. They will just cover their short position and count their profits from their $.90 share buy. Butt If they lose the court case they lose a lot of money- not a big deal- and we get richer which I like. Just another day in pinkyland.
