Nobody cared about this stock when in the trips so Sidney didn't bother to keep up with the filings - spent money on R&D.

R&D got them FDA approval - now investors noticed and basically forced ALRT to get filings in order.
Sidney completed those and this is just another filing to clean up a previously announced R/S that is officially cancelled.

Looks to me like he is getting everything SEC compliant before releasing news about next step for the company which I assume will be great news.

New investors will flock and in doing their DD will see he is already SEC compliant vs a statement many OTC companies make and say WILL become SEC compliant shortly.

Sidney wants it all done before major news is announced IMO.
