What rumors are floating around that constitute fraud? It’s not a rumor that there is a new CEO. Anyone can verify that information. Anyone would assume with a new CEO that a review of the status of the business is taking place. So it is not a rumor and fraud saying that a financial review is taking place in order to issue current financials. I am just not seeing the major rumors floating around that are scamming people into buying. Anyone is free to do the research a few have done on the board and then make an investing decision.
