Do we need to wait? The wording of the cash dividend and TRW-dividend in the 10-K is rather similar to the wording they used one year ago... We already now the answer; more fluff/carrots in the Q1.

Unfortunately, if there will be a dividend, it will be too late. And I fear that it also will be too small.
