I understand everyone has to do what they think will work best for them... I just don't have much hope in the lawsuit actually being successful. I also am surprised that no one is waiting to see what the company does, since they have clearly stated that they are working on what we have been asking them to do, and it will be revealed in the next 1-2 weeks. I get that everyone is fed up... I am too. But I also am trying to think practically, and not be clouded by my anger. I hold no ill will against any of you who think differently of course.
